These are not random products, but the result of thoroughly bred mother strains and many years of breeding experience. The knowledge of the mare strains is essential.

The first two editions of "Holsteiner Stutenstämme" were therefore very popular and quickly sold out, so that a new edition became necessary. This 3rd edition has been designed as a reference work.

The extensive photo material contains over 90 color photos and 60 partly historical black-and-white photos with many previously unpublished pictures of stallion mothers and mothers of international top horses. All stallions and international sport horses have been assigned to their dam lines. All available information from Germany and abroad has been incorporated.

The Holstein strains from number 4 to 8900 with the respective licensed stallions are indicated, whereby the licensed and HLP winners are specially designated. 87 Tribes are depicted with full-page pedigree tables showing the branches from which the licensed stallions originate.
